Exactly. So many places have staff that are malicious and power hungry. In this place the staff take a backwards roll and they have got themselves as I said in the title the best webdesign forum I have ever visited.

I think there is generally lots of respect. There are guys here who can do stuff I can't and I respect them for it. Toon's masterful with his logos and all round knowledge, tommylogic with his seo, mark up stuff, pr design with his css, alison's photography.... the list goes on and on
