i had a similar sg. wasnt a fan of the neck.best guitar ive ever had was an american tele.

whatever you do, go for frettless! little more challenging to play but the slides and pull offs are a lot better. a friend got a frettless acoustical bass guitar. that thing looked crazy but sounded awesome!

i play percussion though so never mind me. i've got a mapex vx
and personally know jack about the guitar world beyond what band mates have filled me in on.

not sure they make fretless guitars?
i know of fretless basses.

You know what!! Epiphones are really great guitars!! i just got 1 that is an epiphone SG-Deluxe!! i rckoon it sounds sweet =)

i've decided to get a nice cherry vintage sg and a marshall 15 watt i have had a go on the vintage and it sounds really good
