Default My new logo

Hi there,

I'm currently working on developing my new logo. Let me know what you do or do not like about it and the color you prefer. :)

Thanks!

I think when it comes to colour at this stage of the design process it's pretty subjective. Personally I would choose a colour that none of your competitors use to give you some visual stand out. Then go the whole hog and use it to the max to give the impression that you 'own' that colour. The only other comments I may have it to take a careful look at the kerning of the letters. I hope this helps and good luck!

Good start, you need to work on the kerning of nameco (if working on this in Illustrator / InDesign, try setting the kerning to Optical, this usually comes up with nicely spaced type).

Also, you need to add a little space between web and design, as it reads as one word at the minute...
And Development is spelt wrong
Other than that, not bad at all, keep us updated

Could you try it with less spacing between the letters

I'm liking it, I really like the font you've used for 'nameco', not sure if the tag line is needed though, I personally think the mark you've created and the word nameco suggest enough, try an experiment of leaving the tag line out, and ask people what they think its for, I reckon you might be surprised. The kerning either side of the 'e' does look a little open, try closing it up a little. Apart from that really nice work, lets see some more.

Almost, move the e away from the m, just a little. Visually 'me' will look tighter because, the m has verticals, less white space. Whereas 'ec' is two counters, there is more white space between the two letters.
