Good point spnwebdesign, I think first impressions count...

..I applied for one of their 'amazing' cards, to be knocked back (yet I got accepted by a competitor), I asked the reason why, so they decided to send 4 copies of a 5-page application for a high interest account instead. Totally mass mailing me!
Had to phone them to prevent further mailings in the end *rolls eyes*

It is more dynamic which I guess is what they were after. Still sucks mind.

I think it's absolutely horrible. Who thought red and teal would make a good combo? I think it is unsophisticated and cheap.
