Designer needed

Hello there,

My name is Ruari Phillips and I'm based in London.

I run a website - Young Investors Magazine- Inspiring Young People to Invest in Success.

We have backing from The National Lottery here.

We are currently re-branding and becoming a magazine.

The distribution is 20,000 in business schools nationwide.

I want the first issue out early next year (March/April).

LOTS of advertising interest etc. etc.

Anyway, I need somebody to design the first issue.

Pretty much all the features are written/pics taken etc.

In terms of payment, I cannot come up with anything upfront.

However, there is a lot of advertising interest and I'm hoping to make in excess of £20,000 (sterling) from the first issue.

We can obviously discuss payments, contract etc.

Only thing is, I need to act QUICK!

To be fair, I dont think any decent can be knocked up "quick" and I dont think it will be cheap to get something decent....
