The Mexican restaurant logo name is extremely derogatory ....and a bad word in Spanish. So I'm having a difficult time getting past that.

Not real sure about the Airey logo. It's the worst of all that you've posted.

I've just checked that out online and yup, that's not exactly what I would of chosen to call my Mexican restaurant, but hey, it's still a great piece of branding.
In regards to the David Airey logo design, I think maybe the logo design isn't as strong as the branding exercise itself.

Yea....design-wise, the Mexi one is strong. But I wouldn't eat at a restaurant with that name

I can see a skull on Pinche Pinche's... Does anyone notice it too? Overall, it's good, but I'm somehow bothered with that.

Well, yeah, that's the point, right? A sugar skull is maybe the most Mexican related mark one can get?

In regards to the David Airey logo design, I think maybe the logo design isn't as strong as the branding exercise itself.

there isn't a logo there at all... not sure there's branding either as i don't know what it's about, why it's there, or what it's communicating. worst design style i've ever seen; high-fashion type stuff like that is lost on me, they try for chic and just end up with pointlessness.
