I've looked at your designs and I'm sure your'e doing your best but your logo designs are not professional quality. Buy books on design, take a design course (or 2) and put in your dues. This is not meant to be mean spirited–just being honest. hey you can have a go at my logos!

Agreed with the above, it looks a bit clip art. Keep it clean, get rid of the gradients and use a simpler typeface. Then think about how the illustration can fit in with the typography, perhaps making the I into the wand.

i think you should stay clear of pictorial clip art style and study logotypes and icons

Yes, this. Buy some logo books. I heartily reccomend this, some really gorgeous stuff in there and should give you plenty of inspiration and an idea of what looks right.

I agree with everyone that this could be tweaked, it sort of make me think of Harry Potter in a cartoon sort of way.. Ok I know that sounds weird.
