welcome to the forum.
you want comments on your site, well, without trying to be mean or harsh, rather i'm going for constructive... it looks very old and being a web and graphic design site, it really should look up to date.

also, your code is nowhere near valid: Validation Results - W3C Markup Validator


and finally, comic sans? really?


as per what blueocto says below, you should look at css and validating your html. apart from this forum, this is a good start: Web Developer's Handbook | CSS, Web Development, Color Tools, SEO, Usability etc. :)

I'd suggest looking into CSS and HTML alot more, and doing a complete overhaul of the website :)

Just had 1999 on the phone, he wants his site back :)

No no, constructive. It is really dated and looks like a home made website. You know the kind. It's got the gifs, the poorly optimised images, the Comic Sans, the complete lack of structure and typography. The fees page is pretty much illegible due to the disjointed caps/not-caps/bold/not bold/underlined/not underlined/red/black nature of the copy.
There's more but for now I'll leave it there.
