there's a majority of women designers working at hallmark cards where I work. In my team alone there's 10 out of 12 designers female, with 5 female managers.
It's pretty much the same throughout the whole creative floor, at a quick guess i'd say it's 90% out of a creative work force of 100-125 or so. That's all ranks, directors, creative managers.
The only really male team is the technical guys who arent that creative, and there manager is female.
there's some interesting role reversals though, i've seen guys get jobs there just because they are good looking (this has been admitted aswell), and seen girls with great portfolios get turned down. Although they will say it's because their work isn't strong enough, I think it's more the girl is prettier :D
