LinkBack URLim new to this forum, i decided to surf the web for some other graphic/web design forums as my last one i used (that i havent touched in like months) kind of got under my skin, people on there tended to go on rants too much other than just answering the persons question. Not to mention their critiquing skills weren't always the best. i understand the real world out there is tough when it comes to getting critiqued on your work, and i enjoy that but in my opinion that other forum kind of strayed from that, however my main issue was with getting a question answered, they had to give their view points on why something shouldnt be done a certain way, criticizing the person for doing it that way, and never really answering the question fully. but i dont hold grudges. its all good.
anyway a little about me. im currently finishing up my second year of design school. and in a couple weeks (god wiling) will be starting up my last two years to finally get my bachelors in graphic design. in which case i will hopefully land a job somewhere in my field. I do a little bit of freelance on the side when the work presents itself. and am slowly working on promoting myself, to hopefully, go completely into freelance, and eventually start my own little business.
hope to have good times here. we shall see.
