First of all, i'll introduce myself then i'll explain when i joined this forum

Hello, im james, everyone can call me Jay, im 17 years old and im currently employed by the dundee city council for sports coaching, also in my 2nd year of college studying physical education studies.

Problem

I just got my new pc on monday, 15 inch flatscreen Zoostorm computer with windows vista, now im recently trying to downloaded Aboda Photoshop CS3 because i want to become involved with the graphics world because i feel i can really impress a few people

Here are some of the problems that im occuring :



Now i dont know why because ive already been through that procedure as you can see by my desktop
