Hi everyone,

My name is Max, I'm a 18-year old student from Germany. (2 years school left)
English is not my mothertongue so I hope you're not disturbed by some faults in my posts.

If you're asking yourself why the guy from Germany breaks into the English speaking side of the web or "Why does he even have Internet?"...
The reason is that there is just a poor amount of information on UI design or HCI stuff in Germany. There are no (good) forums on that topic. The books are expensive but crap. - Of all the books I've bought in my life the best ones were published by O'Reilly or Morgan Kaufmann, which are written in English, of course.

So last week I realized that if I want to find something advanced e.g. on graphics design I have to join an English-speaking community. :)

I hope to learn a lot from you all! Especially English! :)
