thanks I have the coding down. Right now Im looking for how to best design it. It will be done in JavaScript later on but I need to get the design done first.

You can do it in pure CSS also.

I know they're not as 'hip' or cool anymore. But why not just do it as an animated gif where you won't need any hard code? I'm pretty sure I could create it in less than 20 minutes from scratch all the way to an animation.

It should be fairly easy.
