You could just make XP look like OSx : )

I know its nowhere near perfect, but it's so much nicer than XP lol

OSX is based on Unix though Rossable... I've never had a problem with it, Windows however... Lets just say I'll never buy a Windows based PC again.

Does it matter that, for graphics, vista is way ahead of mac these days? And I don't say this lightly. So what you get a few wires with a PC - i have pc's at work - at home i have a high-end laptop instead, don't need no wires. But vista is definitely out performing OS X and i've been using mac's for a great many years. Vista is stable and secure IF you know how to use it properly, most people don't know what they're doing.

Unless you've actually TRIED vista and i mean tried, not just installed it on a crap machine that doesn't like it and miserably tried to install photoshop, don't diss it lol!

After years of using a PC, switching to a Mac was refreshing. I was sick of the crashing, the long time it took to load, just everything was ****ting me. I have had to date, no problems what so ever with my Mac. It still runs brilliantly fast and couldn't be happier. Saying that, every OS has flaws in it so your not going to please everyone.

I'd love a Mac. Given the choice between a nice MacBook Pro, and a decent laptop, I'd take the Mac :)

Sadly, they're hideously overpriced in my opinion, and I'd rather a high-end laptop with Vista, knowing I'm paying for it :P
