Default keeping photoshop colours in quark

As quark hasn't got eyedropper tool, what's the best way to achieve colour consistency when importing images from photoshop? It's been a struggle for me in my last project to keep the colour of font same as my photoshop images even though the value of cmyk imput was the same in both q and ps. There must be a simple solution...

make sure the image is cmyk before you import and try and make sure both programs are using the same CMYK colour space. This is one of the reasons Indesign can be better, being as it is more closely integrated with Photoshop, effectly its about both programs seeing the CMYK value the same.

On a side note, the eyedropper in Indesign only picsk proxy RGB colours, so its hardly fairsafe either.
