Legal Font Usage for Gaming

Hi, ok i have done some research on using fonts. what i got out of it was you may use the font on up to five computers legally.

However, my question is about the gaming industry. Currently I am doing all the 2d graphics for a new UT3 mod that will be coming out in the next few years. I would like to use bank gothic as one of the fonts. All these legal links say you cannot use converted font software or font on more than 5 computers and is very vague about using it as an image button or any other non-editable format.

So in conclusion my understanding is that you have it installed in 5 computers and can release as many artworks as you want with that font on it as long as the user cannot extract that font in any way to a usable format. Correct?

that sounds about right, it's just to stop people spreading fonts to others for free

i just found out that the font has to be packaged with the game in order for the user to type a name to login and such... arggggg
