It's a good start, you're obviously listening to the tips people are giving you. 2 small things are. 1. Justify the main text so it lines up a little. 2. Make sure the padding on the right of the main box is equal to that on the left so it's centrered.
Good start.

good start I know you have limited content at the moment but make the text a little smaller.

Honestly, I'm not feeling the logo, It needs love.
And, Whats this? html 4 !! I will accept nothing less the xhtml transitional, ideally xhtml strict. And here: I didn't even need to see this to tell your page is built with the design panel. Clean up that code ! You don't need tables. Your better then that! Whats with all the Javascript? Your rollovers can be done easily with CSS. It will be lighter and way more efficient then all the js for image rollovers. Your design so far is not bad, your code however... needs a lot of work. I refrain from voting till you clean that up.

Thanks, both of you! This is just a base layout, we are planning on including css when we build the final layout. However neither of us are very good at it! We are currently learning from tutorials and the final site will be in .php! Thanks for the comments, keep it up guys!

still not a fan of the blue if you're gonna have white out text i'd go for a darker blue like pms288
