Does anyone rent a premisis in the North of England from which they work from?? If so, how much do you pay per month?

Its for a business plan im writing at the moment.

The main problems with this is they're so varied you may have to be a little more specific I know a guy that rented office space in Sheffield and 12 miles away in Rotherham is was nearly £180 cheaper and a nicer/bigger office space.

Im looking around the Leeds Area, big enough for two people and possibly space for a small photographic studio.

best to avoid the cheap ones you end up sharing 2 desks with 3 companies and 9 workers!!
