explain your situation (maybe not saying anything about the proof) and see what they can do. You may be surprised

I think they would rather have a satisfied customer... regardless of the error or who's fault it was. It's worth a shot, I'd try that first.

You can but ask, if you catch them at the right time they might not ask...
Even if they do, they might do you a cheaper price than the first lot to keep you sweet

If it's on a white area you may be able to get ink remover and then you may be able to print over with the correct number

I did contact them, and they did say it was my fault not theirs, but were prepared to discount a re-print. But I honestly cannot afford it as they weren't that cheap to begin with. So I'm kinda at a loss.
I might try and do a mailing thing and incorporate them into it. At the end of the day my website is on there, most tend to contact me by email and my correct number is on my CV. So maybe all is not lost? |
