permission?
I am trying to delete a folder on my computer. It gives me a message saying that I "need permission to perform this action." It's my computer! Why would I not have permission? Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

This error appears when a non-administrative user tries to delete some files and doesn't have the rights set to do so.

If it's a bit of spyware that open's a file when Windows starts you won't be able to delete it unless you do a safe boot
