Anyone up for a little investigating?

On this page Building Blocks Home Daycare and viewing with firefox, if you increase the text size twice a yellow bar appears at the top of the white content box/table. On my mobile the yellow bar is always there regardless of text size.

There is a image spacer at the top and bottom of each white content box, so I thought that maybe the image was repeating. So I tried image no repeat... that did not work. Any thoughts as to why anybody?

no i think LeadMagnet gave you your answer as it's still doing it and i think he was saying that the image in the cell at the top of the text area has a yellow line at the tope and obviously as you increase the text size, the size of the cell increases but the image doesn't and repeats.
