"Communications" does not mean telephones in Canada.
If your title is communications designer, I think it is pretty obvious that you design... communications

i agree that you should go with whatever you feel comfortable with. on your website, you have called yourself a graphic designer.... that definitely seems suitable to me for a business card.

Now one thing to consider when coming up with your title. If you make a title up, how will the title translate to your clients or to another design firm (if you do work for them)? Basically, if you call yourself a 'Creative Customizer' (just an example), can you give a description of what that really is? If you end up describing it as a graphic designer position, then why not just call yourself a graphic designer? In otherwords, you don't really need to reinvent the wheel.

With that design, (and type on top of tints) tints like that can be problematic–unless you have an excellent offset print supplier. I wouldn't print that digitally!

Talk to your print supplier about what they can reproduce best, (look at finished samples) stock choice will be a big factor too.

As a designer, you require optimum print quality on your cards.

Blue,

You spelled 'Stationery' incorrectly. Why not put some more color into your card too? It's so affordable. I pay like $21.00 for 1000 full-color cards here in the U.S. I'm not sure what it is there. But your card definitely needs to make the sale for you.

My second set of business cards had our family coat of arms on it (that we created and registered). It was very fancy, so everyone always asked if they could keep it. That was the funny part because the art was what made our work stand out. We eventually retired those cards and designed our company logo that we still use to this day.

the vehicle graphics overlapping the blue is a bit risky that low on the gradient,
I'd also tweek your address so it follows the slant of the colour exactly...
