Good start, it's an interesting colour scheme. I'd watch the visual kerning between the n and t.

I like the idea. I would try it with some different base colors though. just to see how it looks.

In my opinion, I'd drop the grey background in favor of plain white and make the color bars solid as apposed to gradient.

I feel cut color would be better instead of gradient but anyways a good concept

I agree with the above statement. I would rather see white background with the text maybe in that gray color. I would try color bars both with gradient and solid.
