Hi,
this is not very hard to do. i guess there are a lot of programms out there which can help you. even some freeware programms. i did a quick research and i found: PicMaster: Grafikbearbeitung im Handumdrehen (german programm) (sreenshot here: Mosaik Screenshot ) just do a search on google for : mosaic photo freeware - Google-Suche The "technic" is called "mosaic". so i guess you will find something :) good luck
