Are these galleries easy to setup?

PolarBear is looking for a plug-n-play method to install a "gallery" into an existing webpage.

If anyone has some input or ideas for an easy method, it'd be MUCH appreciated.

I know there is no such thing as a "plug-in-play" setup for a gallery. I found something I can use in the links you provided.
