How do I get the apple.com video effect

So I'm working on my website as a professional musician/composer and I have some videos that I've scored/done sound design for.

I think the default quicktime player looks a bit tacky and would like something a bit more pro.

ideally I'd like it to look like this:

Apple - Mac OS X Leopard - Guided Tour - Medium

If anyone can help me out with this, or at least point me in the right direction to making this thing look better than it currently does that would be awesome.

I would use Flash - with CS3 they have super compression tools and great skins too - more professional and appear more embedded that your current video. You can stream it too for a smooth viewing experience.
