Default ideas and assistance with these graphics

i have a front page and im craeting two image links to go to a jobseekers section and a business section. soo far i have this for business section and i think it looks ****...


anyone give me some tips or suggestions please?

Maybe you should move the text to the bottom right corner. You definately need to play with the colours and steer away from red text.

the red is the company colour, what about the image though, are you feeling the image? what could i do to the image to make ti look right you think?

Does it have to be that image? Are there alternatives? If you can provide the web link would give me a better idea on what you are trying to achieve

no can be any image, but preferably construction related, i need a construction related businesses cklick here image and d construction related job seekers click here, there is no web link at the moment this is somethig new im starting, just need it to look smart, but im stumped

yer that looks better, im still not sure about the image though, does that look like "construction business" to you? and i havent got a clue for a "jobseeker cosntruction" image...

try converting the construction image to B&W and tint it with a colour afterwards. it will look corporate & make the text stand out.
