looks good. maybe change the colour of the text so that it stands out better-unless you want it to be subtle

aslo anyone got a good idea to search for regarding a "cosntruction worker" image?

If the client likes red type (their corporate colour) then change the tint of the photo.
Go for contrast

does the image have to be so large? i would crop it so that the key points are in the image and you don't show wasted construction background or feet.
it's like theater.
you have to spotlight the important stuff and add contrast the the background.
i also always check for contrast by making the image B&W.
if the focus disappears then i choose diffrent colors to reinforce it and try again.
