Default Does it really matter what scanner you have?

I havn't got a scanner at the minute but I accept that I need one so that I can upload my drawings and get to work much more efficiently that taking the picture with a camera or something. (Yes I've been there and done that)

I've been eBaying some and they go for fairly cheap which is suprising, I mean there's ones that ar about £500 which are out of my league but there are some cheap under £20 ones which I have my eye on.

How's this one look? I've not really got the knowhow on what to look out for but this looks pretty nifty and simple to use.

Find Mercury KOB 1200U Flatbed Scanner - 48-bit Colour - USB on eBay within, Other Scanners, Scanners, Computing (end time 16-Nov-07 18:00:00 GMT)

Please don't snipe the auction from me :( Just let me know how it is.

Cheers.
