that is weird, are you on a mac gav? what code did you use to do the slideshow jwade?

ok Ianm, you said the site works fine for you in Safari.
Gav, you said it didn't work for you in Safari.

Why could this be? Are you guys on PC or Mac?

Also, what version of Safari did you check?

mac here, safari 2.0.4, but i think it's most likely whatever you used to do the slideshow that could be the problem

Edit: most importantly, are they on a mac or a pc?

That's part of my problem. I'm not the one that did it in the first place...but I'm suppose to be the one to fix it. I'm not a coder by any means!

The client is on a mac also.

yes version 2 is the stable version, the one gav is using is 3 which is still beta. the slideshow is javascript and it's pretty simple code, but maybe safari 3 can't handle it and maybe a combination of that and the pc. get them to check they have the latest java runtime updates

If they don't how do they get them?
