£25? It's 18.99 pal and if you buy it from the marketplace it's only £7.47, but inc' postage that'll cost about £10 in total.

I'm really tempted to buy it now...*Hovers mouse over the 'Add to Basket' button.

Ooo

Eee

Aah

...I'll contain myself for now....

I buy everything online, it's cheaper that way and I don't even know where to look in a book shop. The only ones I've ever been in are really quiet and I feel all awkward standing there looking at books.

But yeah, online = less money (A lot by the sounds of things in your case) which is always good and with such a high feedback % on there I can't go wrong, I mean there's not going to be a page missing or anything because it says it's brand new.

Tempting...VEEERRRRYYYY...tempting....

I know I know, but I can take your word(s) for it. You're not going to lie to me...or are you?....*Raises eyebrow*

Plus I can hardly go wrong with £7.50.

So what exactly does the book cover? Is it a book of tutorials, helpful advice, a bit of both? I've read numerous reviews on it and they all seem positive and don't really explain what the book actual covers too much.

wow, you are gittery :D

~ opens book

ok, it has 4 main chapters of coverage

1. Organising good systems - workflow, working relationships and copyright amongst other things

2. The Design Studio - expected essentials of what you'll see/use in a studio

3. Print Specifics - all aspects and ingredients about designing for prit from software to proofing

4. Screen Specifics - everything about designing for the web

there, does that help :)

My 'Thinking With Type' book came today. Going to start reading it tonight :) Looks like a really nicely displayed book from first glance.

Well, if need to buy something at reasonable price just make an announcement of what you need and what price, some one will definitely reply you.
