I can't help with Serif Webplus 10. If he doesn't like any sites on CSS Beauty then he'll have to give some idea of what he does like.

I can't see anything good about the site to work on, looking at www.cssbeauty.com and www.webcreme.com is the best way to see how other people tackle layouts.
