Hi all, I may sound really docile, but this is a subject I have no experience with.
Basically I am wanting to start dealing with clients via Instant Messenger (ie MSN), but the idea of using a hotmail address puts me off, I think it sounds a tad childish saying prdesign[@]hotmail[.]co[.]uk. Is it possible to use a GMail address with MSN, as opposed to the default hotmail? Hope that made sense.

:D yeah course you can, i use a gmail address for my msn, see my profile. just sign up for a .net passport with whatever email address you want, you can even use your email address at your domain, ooh, it would look really swish (to dumb ass cmrs) if you set up msn@prdesign-studio.co.uk

Oh nice one thanks. So I just pop msn[@]prdesign-studio[.]co[.]uk in there and create an account? That easy? I feel stupid :(

Well it's all set up (the email account) and I got my .net passport thingy, but when I sign into anything (i.e. MSN) it says I need to verify the email address by sending an email to it. I select "Confirm" but the email doesn't arrive! As far as I know I can still use it though.
