First of all, try saving that image as .jpg next time. Your site needs a fresh design, the one you're showing is too simple and old-styled. You gotta practice with Photoshop more and look at some good sites for inspiration.

yh, i think the design is quite good, very clean, simple and there is lots of room. to put images, text, both and stuff...

the reason i didn't tell you the actual addy is so that i could get your opinion without you knowing the code. now i know what you really think. so i dont care what the code looks like because 99% of every1 who will look at my site will not look at the code.
