1st design project, needs help. please critique.

This is my first project that I have ever done as a designer. My job was to create a brochure for a real estate company to send out to try and rent this retail plaza to prospective tenants. The brochure will open like a gate and has a front, inside, and back. I am fairly satisfied with the inside of the brochure, but would love some ideas for the front. I am going brain dead and I need to have this to the printer tomorrow. Please help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, please tell me what you would usually charge for something like this, keep in mind I had to get all of the information and take pictures. I cannot charge per hour, because I have probably forty hours in this :0

I actually like the front, one of the most important things you need to do is sort your H&J's you've got words split all over the place and it's not good.

Sorry, but what do you mean i have H and J's all over the place?

I would say you need a lot more padding around the text it's all too close to the pictures and the edges.

Hyphernation mate, it splits the words onto different lines and it shouldn't, what program are you using?

hmmm...I printed out a copy and everything looked fine to me on the inside. But I try to move everything out a little bit.

I really need help designing the front of it. I think it looks terrible so far, any ideas?

I am using photoshop. I set the words to do that, i thought it looked good...but maybe i will have to change that too. thanks for the advice

I don't see a problem with the front, maybe you've been looking at it too long and lost your passion for it, it's fine honestly.

Yeah...it might be fine, but I would like something that is at least "good" :)

You'll have to excuse my drawing I down have anything with me to illustrate but....












A black curve shape at the bottom might make it look a little more interesting.

Move the picture up so you've got less sky and more building then over lap the bottom pictures (see grey boxes)
