Default What mouse?

Not sure if this is the right place for this thread, but it's a thread for help about me getting a mouse for web & graphic work lol.

Anyway, my mouse is dying. It moves itself around the screen when I'm not even touching it! I was just wondering what mouse (make/model) you lot rate? What feels good, what works well etc.

Thanks!

Course not, why do you say that though? It's basically because you can get hold of a mouse that just feels sh!t and isn't nice to use. If I'm gonna be holding/using something for ages, I want to get a good one. The mighty mouse is ok, but as a PC user I'm not used to them and find them a bit flat.

Personally I hate mice of any type. I always use a logiech trackball, but then only for general computer use. Once I start work then I switch to a wacom graphics tablet.

I'm a gamer too so my mouse might be overkill for you, but it's a razer diamondback. If it started jumping around on me it would be out the window straight away.

Tbh, it sounds like you just need to get a mouse mat.

No it's not that, I have a mouse mat and it jumps with/without it. It's just past its best I think. Mind you, your mouse does look nice ;)

Whoops, sorry, the diamondback was my last mouse. I'm using a copperhead now (diamondback died unfortunately)

Tackball here too... I've been using the same one for over 5 years now. Microsoft Trackball Explorer. It just sits perfectly and rests your arm-wrist-hand. If you're on it a lot, you will come to really appreciate that. Seems like it took me about a month to really get the hang of it but WOW, what a difference. Also the additional programable buttons are quite nice.
