I don't really like it.
The 'recent work' section looked like some advert at first.
The sub-headings should stand out a bit more.
The navigation buttons don't stand out enough either. Looks like just regular text.
I would suggest using a slightly lighter colour of text (washed out grey or blue maybe).

Overall the whole thing appears cluttered to me.

The one small point I notice straight away from your sites is the text is always too large. What do you set it at? Do you have a large monitor that makes it look ok? I'm just interested because it's always my first crit about your sites?

I'd set it yourself then use % or em on the other text size

yes, i agree that your text does seem large; also;

it does seem cluttered

your navigation rollovers make the page move up and down which is quite odd

i'm not entirely keen on your header/banner, i think the text is overpowering as well as being in an odd typeface and agree that it should be in lighter colours on the black background
