I would charge about $125.00 a hour

For the brochure or the photography? If you do an hourly for a regular service, it actually can scare your client off. Setting a lower standard charge (especially in the realty industry) is the best thing. It's as though you're giving realtors something extra and not gouging for the service.

Template set up (or several templates to choose from) can help a company get ahead. We're currently setting up something like this with the 40 or so realtor's we have in our town. They pick from 6 or so brochure designs that we have predesigned and they have their office advertised. We also print small quantities at almost wholesale costs. It's a great built-in client for us.
