Default Help me understand this postcard design instruction!

Hi there! I recently was tasked with making a postcard design, and I received some cryptic instructions - maybe someone here can help translate what they want me to do:

They said:
"Three directions: 9 x 6”, 4/1 cp, with .25 inch bleed, and
two 4/4 cp directions that folded stay within the 9 x 6” dimensions, but
have diecuts to allow for elaborate folds or tabs and inserts."

Do they mean

a) Make a postcard design, 9x6, with one main part (9X6 B&W on the back - color on front) and two fold-outs, both in color, that can have any shape provided that they can fold back within 9x6

or...

b) We want three different design options (directions) - one with just a 9x6 design, and 2 other options with various foldouts.

The question is really what they mean by the word "directions", and I dont wanna sound stupid if that's some commonly used term in print design (I'm mostly a web designer)

Any help appreciated!!!

I would say you're about right with this...

Yep I read full colour face, 1 colour reverse card with 2 full colour foldouts.
