Simulating a slow connection/server
Anybody know an easy way to do this locally to test download speeds of a site?
Flash has a nice feature for doing it but i don't know of any way of doing it for a HTML site. The only thing i can think of is uploading to a slow server and clearing the browser cache each time i want to check it.
