How to Decide If You Should Keep A Client OR If You Should Fire Them
 I've worked with different clients in the past few years. Some good and ofcourse some I wish could've worked out better. I wrote this a few months ago and got a chance to post it this month. It has received some attention, so I wanted to share it with you guys. It's about firing clients and some equations that might come in handy. Lemme know what you guys think. I got an invite from a mag for inclusion into one of their issues. See how that goes I guess. ...sip...

some clients are just NOT worth the money. I wish my company COO would read this article.

The important issue is figuring out how to distinguish a minor or serious problem client. Another tactic many people use is nuisance-based pricing. Many times you are providing extra services to the nuisance clients they should be paying for anyway.

Better not say too much though....google seems to love this site and that could be bad for client relations.... :o)

yep... very cool. A tidy contract puts an end to a LOT of problems in a pre-emptive manor. There's nothing better than just saying.. "no problem, I'd love to do it for you, but you know it's just more money.. you're choice."

Well, I realised sometimes clients are a nightmare. If you ever meet clients like: "Do that, no, not that. That." or "I don't like that colour, put it a very bright yellow".
In those cases, it's pretty simple. Say no. @jtadeo: Good luck with the mag, I loved working on some.
