Default Trying to outline an image for silk screening

Hi everyone. Im hoping someone can point me in the right direction here. I am trying to take a image( jpeg) and turn it into a basic outline for a t-shirt for my race team. I want to put a final white image on a dark t-shirt. So, what i am asking is how to trace the outsides of the image as well as the lettering and delete everything else in the picture. This hotel sponsors me so im repayiing them by making some t-shirts to pass out to fans. I will try and post the image on here, im not sure if i can. If anyone can help or give me a few ideas that would be great. I tried doing a chalk style sketch, but it didnt quite work. Thanks for any help and look forward to hearing some tips. Take care!

Is this a joke? The sample seems more like erotic art and not something for a race team shirt.

No Joke, i have a strip club/hotel as my main sponsor. They take up my whole hood. That is their sign on the side of the building.So....this is a real question. I cant afford to make the shirts in great detail and color.

You can open the JPEG in Photoshop and use the pen to outline each of the areas separately of the art. Export the paths and open them in Illy and you should be able to set your colors up for silk screening.

If the company is you're sponsor then why not ask them for a copy of the original artwork?
