Need Advice About What to Do with a Logo

I have a logo on Logosauce I created for the Thinkstash competition.....well, I also have a client (not on Logosauce) who is ready to purchase that specific artwork from me to use on something they have going. The money is about four times the amount that the Thinkstash folks are paying and the Thinkstash people have taken almost 2 months to select with still no one chosen.

So here's my question(s):

Do you think it is ethical to sell the art and take it out of the competition?
Or should I keep it there until they select?

Please let me know what you would do and why. I've never come across this situation before.

I'd sell it.. or change it slightly and sell it
a sales a sale.. screw the competition. Maybe email the comp guy and ask him if he wants it first.. and give him the opportunity buy it now.

Sell it, If it's any good (which I'm sure it is) it won't be chosen from Logosauce anyway

Sorry couldn't help myself, seriously though... I don't see why you can't sell the design to someone else first. It is still your design after all, just contact the guys at logosacue and tell them what you are planning to do.

Okay....so I delisted that specific name with the logo artwork for Thinkstash and I actually posted the new logo with the new client's name.

Did anyone else notice that Thinkstash is owned by Phendra? It seems as though they're never going to select a winner.
