Keep it in the same thread next time.

And once again, all the same issues.
I appreciate your efforts in attempting to validate your pages. What you really need to do is incorporate CSS into your site, get rid of all the embedded styles.

And you should be validating for at least xhtml transitional. Your code overall is messy. I would seriously consider a re-write into some more "current" methods.

Hi Mack,
I Appreciate what your saying but i'm trying to sort it but i wouldn't know where to start with css. I have read about it but can't work it out.
I only have 8 faults now mate and the main one that is 6 of them is

Error Line 213 column 82: document type does not allow element "FORM" here.
...pal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post">The element named above was found in a context where it is not allowed. This could mean that you have incorrectly nested elements -- such as a "style" element in the "body" section instead of inside "head" -- or two elements that overlap (which is not allowed).

One common cause for this error is the use of XHTML syntax in HTML documents. Due to HTML's rules of implicitly closed elements, this error can create cascading effects. For instance, using XHTML's "self-closing" tags for "meta" and "link" in the "head" section of a HTML document may cause the parser to infer the end of the "head" section and the beginning of the "body" section (where "link" and "meta" are not allowed; hence the reported error).

If you think i am doing wrong i will stop and leave it. Its just i bought this business for my mrs and would like it to be spot on if possible.

Many Thanks
Lee

its good that your worked to validate the pages. html 4 transitional is old news, granted, if you want a fancy email to show up correctly in Outlook, html4 would be the way to go. But for the web, write for at least xhtml transitional

Hi Mack,
I took your advice mate and did xhtml transitional and ended up with lots of faults. 200 on 1 page, but i have managed to validate all 7 pages and am thankful for all the advice. It was easier to rectify the faults with xhtml rather than with html 4.01. Just thought i would let you know mate
Cheers

Thats great news.
Validating for more current "web standards" will allow you to sleep well at night knowing more people will see your site as it was intended.

Your next step is to cut down on the amount of tables, and use div's as content holders and control their look with CSS.
