Default How do I...

I was wondering if anyone could show me how to create an image like this:

See how the bike riders have no inside detail? I want to make my own like this, because I plan on making some tshirts. The closest I get is using the Magic Wand in Photoshop, but I'm very good at it yet.

I think this is what you do.
-see attachments -
Right click on the layer - go blending options - go styles up the very top and chose the second last one - then to sort of manipulate the style click stroke down the side and fiddle with the bars.

i think

This may be a really stupid question; but why don't you just draw it?

Default pen tool

Id suggest mastering the pen tool. That way you can just trace any image you want.....

There might be an easier way, like with AI....
