Ideas for my website

Hello. I'm trying to build a portfolio website. I need some critique on the current layout I have. Also, suggestions are welcome!

hmm, i like it - looks a little plain to be fullscreen like that, but you can definately work with that - maybe make the footer background in the grey then green so it mirrors the header :)

yes, looks nice. check your css though as the validator at th bottom of the page is coming up with an error on your page.

Fixed. The validator was linking to my hompage, and not my example page.

What you have done is quite nice, but it needs more - images perhaps?

The navigation green strip thing on the left of the buttons is weak.

Keep going, you are over half way there!

Yeah, I'm struggling with the navigation. I can't think of something good.

Nicely done so far, mate. I think you should add more stuff, dunno if they should be images, maybe something to "decorate" if you know what I mean.

I like the simplicity, but I would suggest making the "a web design portfolio" graphic in the left column a little smaller. I have to scroll to read the full graphic.

Also, the columns could be nearer - a bit too much whitespace for me.

I really like your top banner with the green margin at the top.

Shows real promise as a site!
