I'm very new to webdesign and looking for a quick solution to this:
On the following page you see a couple of bands in the background. These coloured bands fill the screen (to the left and right) as you raise the monitor resolution or expand the browser window. http://www.curve2.com/index.php Is there a fast way of getting this behaviour? Hi, you need to add this to your stylesheet associated with the page.
body{background:#808080 url(http://www.yoursite/images/bg_pagebg5.gif) repeat-x; font: 10pt verdana,arial,sans-serif;text-align:center} this is an image that does it.
