That's clearly a copy of the worst kind, everyone's used or at least seen 123 reg's site

123-reg is part of Pipex now, so if it was a sister company then it would have to also mention this (i'd have thought).

Their laughable use of the english language: "So what You Waiting For?" also suggests this is not a professional company.

Just a lame copy then. Not only have they blagged the colour scheme and basic design principles - they couldn't even be bothered to think up an original name! Wouldn't touch them with a barge-pole

hehehe... looks like you guys have been talking behind my back :)

what happen on logosuace is not what i intended it to be.. cwilk, i don't think it's nice to use the word "no-brainer". It's looks like the logo is a no brainer, meaning anybody can do it. But, why do you need the designer for if the design he/she does is a no brainer? might as well you do it yourself right? And i didn't say that he/she copy mine, like you said the font is different,etc.. there was this comment from "collin" on my logo that i wanted the designer to see as well.

Even if the client ask for initials, there are a thousand ways to do it. I find the the comment no brainer was a bit insulting. For the guy to have come up with this logo, he/she thought it was unique and creative. I saw comments like stupid design,etc... People just have no respect for others.. It's a design community for god's sake.

I'm not saying you were disrecpectful...it's just you can't just say things like that in a community, where what you say, can come back and haunt you :)
or maybe i'm in the wrong here, you guys tell me...

by the way, i'm a shemale :)

Moon, You're still not understanding my meaning of "no-brainer." My DH explained that because we are American's it means differently than what other people think.

If my explanation on Logosauce is reread, you'll see that I referred to a "no-brainer" as knowing that the client is asking for 'initials'....so it's a no-brainer that he wants initials incorporated into the logo.

And if you further reread, you can see that I truly believe that creativity plays a huge part in how the initials are designed. I would get offended if someone thought it was so easy or a no-brainer to design.

I never once referred to anyone's 'creativity' as being a no-brainer, so my statement won't ever come back to haunt me.

If you don't understand my explanation, I'll mark it up to us being from different countries. But I am one of the most respectful designers around.

While all of us on here may not agree at all times, we're all pretty respectful to eachother on these boards. So welcome to the group.

This can always be a problem with different languages or even slang terms, it's not the first missunderstanding and I'm sure it won't be the last.
