Question Logo design help

Hi, I have never participated in graphic design forum before this. But now I'm really need professional advice. I do logo design as hobby . Today I have designed logo for my tiny web development company "Reinforced Development" (We have just started our work). Idea was to emphasise on reliability and tight interaction during development. So I will appreciate some professional advices.

P.S. I like second variant more then first one.

They're both pretty good but I prefer the 2nd.

Welcome aboard

yes, welcome aboard. i like the second one with a possible alteration - perhaps justify the word "deveopment" to the left or make the letter spacing the same as on your first logo so it covers the same length of "reinforced"

Ok i did as you said. Also i changed serif to sans serif font. And i think i looks better now. I think i should leave working it for a week or two.

I prefer the second logo too, and I also prefered the "development" as it was (welcome by the way!)

I like the second one how it was. I'm not sure if it's my monitor or not, but the shadow on the white o doesn't look very smooth.
