Can't say I personally have the "bug" yet.. but we have a little bet going on around here (not gonna say just what it is).. but it may prove an interesting point in the end. What I will say though is.. I don't recommend anyone spend a lot of time on "contests" especially when it stipulates "IF the winner is picked from here.."
Contests are like excercise.. best 5 minutes I spent on myself this month.

Notice how pretty much all the scores come from people who don't have any art posted and they all signed up just today or yesterday?

Yes, I do have the bug for LogoSauce. And not all competitions like this should be considered bad. Some seem to be willing to pay a little more than others in these competitions, but I think open competitions like this helps your creativity. I also think it's great for the younger ones who can't get a client in other ways because they are so young. What if one of them wins? It's great resume and portfolio stuff. : )

It's all gone very unprofessional due to anyone being able to vote and they don't even have any logos so maybe don't know anything about design

Hmmm just read the post ... kinda interesting ... but im sure i remember being berated for commenting before i had logos up ... but hey thats the life, we all pass judgement, nonetheless, regardless of situation and circumstance in everyday life ... to be honest its much ado about nothing .... Whether you get a group of friends to creating multiple identites there will always be a way ....

Yeah, but shouldn't a site like that be fair and score's looking real, if anyone had anything against you we could have just voted badly on all your logos but that's just childish and lowers the tone of the site
